All orders are shipped from Saskatchewan, Canada. Orders purchased from outside of Canada may be subject to additional taxes and/or duty fees. Payment of these fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.


Depending on the current order status, we may be able to update your order and make changes to the shipping address, change of quantity or cancellation. To request one of these changes, please contact our support team, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.


We do not exchange physical musical products (CDs, LPs, etc.) However, in the event that a product is damaged or defective, we will replace it or, if we cannot replace it, we will provide a refund. Where returns are offered, a return request must be submitted within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be wash, worn, used or altered in any way. Any item deemed used or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

For customers with shipping addresses within Canada, free return labels will be provided. International customers are responsible for covering any costs associated with returns or exchanges. For more information, please contact our support team.
