ORDERING AND PAYMENT

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR ONLINE STORE? 

PRE-ORDERS

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRE-ORDER ITEM?

  •  In order to ensure your pre-order is reserved for you, all pre-ordered items are charged immediately, at checkout.  

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM ARRIVE?

  • Pre-ordering items gives you early access to reserve and item during production. Wait times vary by product and are listed in the product description and on the order confirmation email.

    • Orders containing multiple items will ship once all items are received in the warehouse, unless otherwise noted

  • We are excited for you to get your hands on the items you've pre-ordered, and make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates. However, unanticipated production delays can occur on pre-orders and limited-editions items. In the event of production delays, will will notify you via email as soon as possible.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

  • Depending where your order is at in the shipping process, we may be able to update your shipping address, cancel your order, or adjust the quantity. 
  • In order to make changes to your order, please contact our support team at shop@burtoncummings.com.
  • Once your request has been received, our team will notify you via email to confirm whether or not we are able to accommodate your request.
