HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR ONLINE STORE?

In order to ensure your pre-order is reserved for you, all pre-ordered items are charged immediately, at checkout.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM ARRIVE?

Pre-ordering items gives you early access to reserve and item during production. Wait times vary by product and are listed in the product description and on the order confirmation email.

Orders containing multiple items will ship once all items are received in the warehouse, unless otherwise noted

We are excited for you to get your hands on the items you've pre-ordered, and make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates. However, unanticipated production delays can occur on pre-orders and limited-editions items. In the event of production delays, will will notify you via email as soon as possible.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
- Depending where your order is at in the shipping process, we may be able to update your shipping address, cancel your order, or adjust the quantity.

- Once your request has been received, our team will notify you via email to confirm whether or not we are able to accommodate your request.
